Terrapin Logo just added a calendar feature to their online Bot Emulator. While this emulator shows a Blue-Bot instead of a Bee-Bot everything else is the same. Pick the calendar month, choose a date for the Bee-Bot or Blue Bot to go to, and create the algorithm to reach the destination. There is an option to place a circle on the calendar date, AND choose a color, put pen down, and watch the path your bot takes, visualizing the algorithm. The visualization helps with debugging as well. Great for understanding numbers, days of the week, identifying important dates, how many days until a certain event, and more numeration and coding challenges.
My only complaint is they have included advertising to the right of the calendar which is very distracting, especially when working with younger learners. Click here for the emulator.
