Charging the Bee-Bot

The first time you charge your trusty Bee-Bots, make sure you charge them all the way to 100 percent. Their little eyes will turn green when they are fully charged!  It is recommended that you unplug the charger once they are fully charged.

How to turn the Bee-Bot on/off

Flip the Bee-Bot upside down. You will see an on/off switch.  You will also see the much desired on/off for sound

How to make the Bee-Bot move

• The Bee-Bot has four directional arrows on top.  forward, backward, left, and right.

• Each time you input or press the forward arrow the Bee-Bot moves forward "one unit" 

• Each time you input or press the right arrow the Bee-Bot moves right 90 degrees 

• Each time you input or press the left arrow the Bee-Bot moves left 90 degrees 

• Each time you input the blue double slash key the Bee-Bot pauses for 1 second

• Once the code is entered into Bee-Bot push the Green Go button to run the program

How do I clear Bee-Bot's memory?

Press the blue x button on Bee-Bot to clear its memory.









 

Do I need a Mat to use the Bee-Bot?

NO! The Bee-Bot does not need a Mat in order to move.  Mats can make a nice visual however your room can also serve as Bee-Bots playground for learning. 









 

How long does the Bee-Bot hold a charge?

The Bee-Bot typically stays charged for approximately 6 hours.









 

How many inputs or lines of code can the Bee-Bot hold?

The Bee-Bot can retain up to 200 lines of code
